At TCSCARR, we are constantly seeking talented individuals with exceptional decorating and plastering skills for our team. If you possess motivation, clarity of thought, a willingness to learn new techniques, effective communication and presentation abilities, and an appreciation for decorative surfaces, then we may have a role for you.
Our work primarily takes place in and around London; however, occasional travel to other locations may be required. Whether your background lies in art, construction, or a combination of both, what matters most to us are your practical skills and ability to translate new finishes into a given space.
One essential requirement for this position is holding a valid CSCS card, as some of our projects involve commercial and private residences that mandate this credential from our main contractors.
In this role, you will receive training in preparing surfaces to receive desired finishes, handling materials and color batching, managing logistics, ensuring quality control, and applying textural surfaces and finishes.
